We are now looking for a business minded, driven and personable HR generalist who will work standalone in a Sydney office of 55 (reporting to Management in Melbourne). You will have experience within a law firm and will have managed a client group. You will be really hands on and work with key stakeholders to initiate the annual HR calendar, help develop talent and rewards initiatives, coach senior leaders, manage recruitment, work to improve strategy around culture, HR reporting and advise on policy and processes. You will also have the autonomy to implement new projects and initiatives.

This role is perfect for a commercially focused generalist HR professional with 3 years plus experience at this level who comes with experience from the legal sector. You will be a true generalist with experience of working with senior stakeholders, leading on change and developing and implement new processes. You have exceptional communication skills and relevant HR qualifications.
