MJD Executive are working with a professional services organization who are now recruiting an experienced, dynamic and motivated L&D professional to join their team. You will plan and deliver L&D activities across the organization managing in-house training programs, engagement activities and cultural change initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage 1 person within the L&D function and manage and develop all training programs. If you are experienced in guiding leaders within business on performance management techniques and approaches through training and coaching then this is the role for you.

To be successful in this position you need to have demonstrable experience within the L&D space. Our ideal candidate will have developed and delivered new training tools, programs and materials and will have the ability to roll out L&D programs across a business.

You will have a degree in HR or a similar business-related topic, have top level commutation skills, the ability to work at senior level and have a background in strategic and creative thinking in order to develop innovative solutions, solve problems and ensure that L&D initiatives support the achievement of business objectives.
