MJD HR are working exclusively with a national Professional Services firm, who are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The firm genuinely looks after their staff and offer a great culture and a work/life balance. 

Reporting in to the Recruitment Manager, day to day duties will include - liaising with line Managers and taking briefs, putting together job specs, advertising roles online, pre-screening potential candidates, organising interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, using LinkedIn to source candidates, updating social media, pre-employment checks and references, face to face interviewing and assisting with the on-boarding of all new starters.

This role is perfect for an Internal Recruiter looking for a new challenge, or for an experienced Recruiter who is looking to make the move away from agency recruitment. You will be a confident self-starter who is comfortable liaising with individuals of all levels and who enjoys working in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are also essential for the role.
