MJD HR are recruiting a HR Business Partner to join a professional services business based in the CBD.

We are looking for a BP to manage two client groups and work closely with senior stakeholders to guide and manage on recruitment, ER and oversee new training procedures. You will look at all policies and make strategic changes to help the firms ambitious plans and targets come together. This is a BP generalist role and has strategic responsibility across your core areas of the business for performance management, learning & development, health & safety and will oversee some project work.

This is a brilliant opportunity to partner with key stakeholders and have real impact on policy within a company who understand the value that HR has for a business. We need an experienced generalist coming from a professional services background with 5 years plus experience. You will have worked at senior stakeholder level and have run your own client bases. You will have excellent communication skills and proven strategic ability.
