The previous post holder has recently been promoted and so we are now looking for a driven and personable HR generalist to join this fantastic team. Reporting in to the HR Director you will work with hiring managers to advise on policy and process and work to review and determine overall HR strategy and objectives. Within this collaborative and ethical business you will have the ability to develop your skills across a range of HR duties including recruitment selection and onboarding alongside managing employee relations, implementation of organisational change, performance management and other general HR planning and strategic tasks. This person will build relationships across the business and work across both operational and strategic HR. 

This role is perfect for a generalist HR professional with 3 years plus experience looking to take on more responsibility and join a truly fantastic organisation who have a real people focused culture. You will have a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar and be experienced in managing all types of employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
