This is a HR Adviser role (people and culture) and will work across areas including recruitment, ER, performance management, remuneration and review and other generalist activities. This person will also need to deliver industrial and employee relations advice.

You will coach managers, provide day to day operational management, have a knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, contribute to policy development, look at Award and Workplace Relations issues and provide general HR advice.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional with a relevant HR degree. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ HR experience and will have some experience within ER, recruitment and WHS and will have provided general HR advice. You will have excellent communication skills and you will have the ability to work with senior level stakeholders.
